What is the DOA Report?
Depending on the law applied within the scope of TKK, the devices which have failed within the first 1 month from the date of purchase are replaced with new ones. The report prepared by the technical service for this change is called the Change Report or the DOA report.
You can also request a replacement or refund for devices that exceed 20 business days, which is the legal period of the technical service.
DOA report must be determined by the authorized technical service in the device where there is a factory failure or transportation reason. Otherwise, if the problem is caused by user first installation or use error, customer is obliged to pay service charge.
